Medan - Maxcited kali ini tampil di Medan, Sumatera Utara setelah sebelumnya menggelar pekan raya di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Nanti malam, grup band yang akan memeriahkan program tersebut ialah Cokelat dan J-Rocks.

Di Medan, Maxcited digelar di Lapangan Benteng, Kota Medan. Acara itu pun berlangsung mulai hari ini hingga besok.

Untuk malam ini, grup band yang akan tampil ialah Cokelat dan J-Rocks. Sedangkan grup band Wildeones dan Rif akan tampil besok.

General Manager Digital Product Area Expansion Sumatera, Robby A Cahyady mengatakan pihaknya kembali menggelar pekan raya ini setelah tahun lalu mereka menerima sambutan yang luar biasa dari pengunjung di kota Medan.

"Sesuai dengan tema Maxcited 'Sing, Watch, Play', kami berharap pelanggan dan masyarakat merasa excited dan dapat menikmati digital experience secara maksimal dari aneka macam layanan musik, film, hingga games digital Telkomsel," kata Robby.

Basis Cokelat, Ronny mengungkapkan sudah menyiapkan lagu-lagu mereka untuk pengunjung yang akan datang malam ini. Namun, ia tidak menyebut lagu apa saja yang akan dibawa Cokelat nantinya.

"Horas! Cokelat sudah lama tidak tampil di Lapangan (Lapangan Benteng) ini. Kita identik sesuatu yang nasionalisme, kita persiapkan bawa lagu itu. Juga ini malam minggu, yang jomblo dan yang lagi cari pasangan silahkan datang. (Lagu) romantis, nasionalisme kami siapkan," kata Ronny.

Di lokasi yang sama, vokalis J-Rocks, Iman mengungkapkan akan tampil membawa lagu hits mereka. Dia berharap program nanti malam bakal lancar dan sukses.

"Kita ada single pertama gres rilis yaitu Selamat Jalan, ntar malam kita bawa lagu itu. Kemudian lagu dance, ceria, meraih mimpi dan juga lagu-lagu hits kita," katanya.
